We are very fortunate to still have a swimming pool for our tamariki to use throughout the summer months. This is a small 60,000 litre pool with a shallow depth of approximately 1.2m, perfect for those still developing water confidence and learning to swim.

Our students use our pool for strengthening their skills and techniques in swimming and water safety in Terms 1 and 4. We join the Eastern Zone Swimming Sports day along with Waipa Christian School and Puahue school at Pukeatua School in Term 1 each year. 

We open up our pool to the community for a $70 fee each season. The fee is used to help keep the pool costs at a minimum for our school so our tamariki can continue to take advantage of this facility each each.
